Intermark USA, Inc. offers a variety of EMI Ferrite Cores for cable noise solutions on round cables, flat cables, ribbon cables, FPC cables and so on.
These environmental friendly and cost effective G cores come in one piece solid core types, split types that have two halves, and split type cores with plastic casings.
Intermark-USA offers a wide variety from 1.0 W/m*K up to highest 7.0 W/m*K in thicknesses from 0.5 mm up to 20 mm. They are also cost effective thermal management solutions.
Intermark’s Phase Change Materials come in a variety of different types and sizes. They come in a large range of thermal conductivities from 1.0 W/m*K up to 7.0 W/m*K. Thicknesses are also flexible from 0.25 mm and up.

Silicone-based thermal pads are becoming an industry standard for thermal management solutions for their durability to withstand high temperatures up to 200°C. Intermark-USA’s Silicone-Base Thermal Pads TH offers a wide variety of Thermal Interface Materials/Thermal Pads from 1.0 W/m*K up to 7.0 W/m*K. While some may be concerned with the use of silicone, outgas levels are extremely low. They come with the options of two sides self-tacky and one side self-tacky. Thicknesses are flexible ranging from 0.5mm and up. For applications such as computers, tablet Pcs, medical devices, LED lights, this will be beneficial for your design being cost effective and having superior performance.
INTERMARK USA’s thermal products, Qoolite™ come in a variety of different types and sizes, including the popular item Qoolite™ TH that is available in a large range of thermal conductivities from 1.0 W/m*K up to 7.0 W/m*K. They are available with both sides being self-tacky or one side-tacky. Finally, die cutting is an option available upon request.
